It starts with a short audit of the code, tests and hosting, and a written plan with the risks in priority order. Then the parts that break most get fixed first — before any new features.

How do we get started?
Send a few lines about what you are building, through the form below or by email. We book a free, no-obligation intro call where we go through the problem, and I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit. If we go ahead, you get a short written proposal with the scope, a first milestone and a time estimate before any work starts.
Can you work on our existing codebase?
Yes — most of my professional work has been on systems that were already running: a SaaS used by Danish municipalities, payment services processing millions of transactions a month, and logistics backends. I start by getting it running locally and reading the code, then make small, tested changes before anything bigger.
Laravel or Rails — which should we use?
If you already have one, stay with it; a rewrite is rarely worth the cost. For a new project both are excellent for business applications, and the right choice usually comes down to who will maintain it after me. You get a recommendation in the intro call.
Do you work in Danish?
Yes — Danish or English, whichever your team uses. Calls, written updates and documentation can be in either.
How much time can you give us?
Around 16 hours a week of hands-on work, in the evenings (CET), alongside my role at Perspektiva IT. Email reaches me any time, and I aim to reply the same day. That suits asynchronous work well: clear written updates, pull requests you can review in the morning, and a demo whenever there is something to see.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. All of my client work so far has been under NDA — which is why the projects on this page are my own side projects.
